As we become busier, we have seen a dramatic increase in our no-show appointments, which is frustrating and unfair to our hairstylists. We consider ourselves a family salon and for 6 years we have never charged our clients for last minute cancellation and even no-shows. To be fair to our stylists, we now require a credit card pre-authorization for all online bookings (your card will not be charged). If you create an online account, you only need to do this once. We understand that this may create a slight inconvenience but we deem it necessary to be fair to all clients and to our stylists. No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee, which will go to the stylist in its entirety. We understand extreme and emergency situations, please let us know! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
